myMS commitments is a ‘shared-responsibility agreement’ that outlines the ways in which healthcare professionals and people with MS can share the responsibility of MS management.
It is made up of a list of responsibilities for both patients and healthcare professionals, grouped into themes such as; disease knowledge and learning, preparing for appointments, treatment management and lifestyle.
This document can help you feel empowered to take control over your care and provide reassurance about how your healthcare team will continue to support you through your life with MS.
