Sarah Morrow

Prof. Sarah Morrow is Professor of Neurology at the Department of Clinical Neurosciences, University of Calgary, Hotchkiss Brain Institute, in Alberta, Canada, and Director of the Calgary Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Program.

Prof. Morrow received her medical degree from the University of Calgary and completed her residency in neurology as well as a clinical fellowship in MS at Western University, London, Ontario, Canada. She completed a 2-year research fellowship on cognition and MS at the Jacobs Neurologic Institute, Buffalo, NY, USA, and received a master’s degree in epidemiology from the University of Buffalo, NY,  USA.

In addition to her responsibilities directing an MS clinic, Prof. Morrow is focused on highlighting the impact of cognitive symptoms on the lives of people living with MS and the importance of screening for these symptoms in a clinical setting. Her primary research interests are cognitive impairment in MS, treatment of relapses, and corticosteroid treatment in MS.
