myMS priorities

Time can often be limited in consultations, and planning ahead helps use the time as efficiently as possible. myMS priorities is a pre-appointment planner that supports you to think about what you would like to cover in your next appointment, so you can arrive focused to talk about what matters most to you.

There are two versions of the planner. If you’re having consultations about your diagnosis, or have just been diagnosed, you might have lots of questions about what your diagnosis means and next steps; once you’ve been diagnosed for a while the focus might be more on what’s changing for you and what those changes mean.

Which best describes you:

I’ve just been diagnosed ▸

myMS priorities helps to ensure that both you and your doctor are heard, and each of your needs are fully considered.

Below you will see three links: the appointment planner, and then additional pages for recording your test results, and pages for recording medications you’re taking (or would like to find out more about), so you have these to hand during your consultation and can discuss what they mean for you.

You can fill in the planner on your device, or print it out and fill it in by hand.
